Refund policy

Our products are custom-made therefore all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges due to, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect size or design entered at checkout, etc.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

If your item is damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email. Customers have 3 days after their order was delivered to inspect their order and contact us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging and original shipping packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at lemonlime.shop42@gmail.com. Returns will need to be sent to an address that will be advised via email. Customers have to cover the cost of returning the item. If we are not contacted within 3 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.

No refunds will be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
